A little change of pace from weddings! 💕

This centrepiece was for a fundraiser event and I loved the brief for this one. Dusty pink roses, soft orchids, and delicate white blooms in a textured grey vase. And that "So Brave" signage glowing in the background? Couldn't have planned a better backdrop if I tried.

Styling events for causes close to people's hearts is a really special thing to be part of. Whether it's a gala, a fundraiser, a corporate dinner, or a wedding, the goal is always the same. Make the space feel intentional and beautiful so the people in it can fully enjoy being there 🌸

Silk flowers are also honestly perfect for this kind of event because they look stunning at any lighting level, including gorgeous ambient glow like this!

Yep, this is me the day before an event. Steaming metres of draping fabric at home so that every single panel hangs perfectly on the day.

It's one of those things nobody thinks about until they've tried to hang wrinkled fabric at a venue and realised it's a disaster. The details really do matter and this is just one of the hundred little things that happen behind the scenes before you ever walk into your beautifully styled event 🌿

The steamer is genuinely one of my most used pieces of equipment. Zero regrets on that investment!

Styling pedestals is honestly one of my favourite things 💚🍐There's something so satisfying about getting the heights right and watching a space completely transform.

These white ribbed pedestals with white and green florals created such a clean, elegant look, and the height variation is doing a lot of the heavy lifting!

It's something I always encourage couples to think about when planning their styling because height makes such a difference in how a space photographs and how it feels to walk through on the day.

Little tip if you're planning: you don't even need pedestals to achieve this effect. Simply varying the height of your vases and arrangements on a table can make a really big visual difference. It's one of those simple things that makes everything look more considered and intentional

It's the little details that people remember 🪻🍐

This small centrepiece had one burgundy tulip, a white garden rose, and some pretty dusty purple hydrangeas sitting in a silver goblet on a bed of moss. A tiny tealight beside it and suddenly the whole table just had this gorgeous, intimate vibe ✨

I think a lot of people underestimate how much impact a small, thoughtfully styled arrangement can have. You don't always need something big and dramatic, sometimes soft and delicate is exactly the right call.

This kind of look works beautifully for styled reception tables, bridal showers, or any intimate gathering where you want that little "oh wow" moment when guests sit down 💕

Using different flowers, vase shapes and heights helps create interest along the entire table, while still keeping everything low enough for guests to comfortably see and chat with each other.

For this tablescape, I paired soft pink, white and green florals with a textured green runner and candlelight. I love how all the little details come together without the table feeling overcrowded
