PERSONAL / OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Permanent Part-Time | Redland Bay

JAM Promotions & Events is looking for a confident, organised and hands-on person to join our team in a permanent part-time role based at our Redland Bay head office.

We deliver interactive promotions, seasonal activations and events throughout shopping centres and corporate environments across Queensland and Northern NSW.

This is a varied role combining day-to-day office administration, event preparation, staff coordination, social media and on-site operational support.

During our busy Christmas season, you’ll also assist with our Santa Photography operations – learning our systems, supporting our teams and helping troubleshoot and problem-solve across our locations.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous admin/office experience

Is confident, organised and has excellent attention to detail

Has strong communication and people skills

Is comfortable using social media

Can work independently and use initiative

Is a natural problem solver who can think on their feet

Works well within a team and is confident supporting others

Has flexibility with working hours, including occasional weekend work when required for seasonal events

Is willing to travel throughout Queensland and Northern NSW when required

Photography experience is a definite advantage, particularly studio photography and studio lighting knowledge, but is not essential.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, switched-on, willing to learn and happy to jump in wherever needed.

We’re looking for some fun, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our team for our upcoming Halloween Trick-or-Treat Hunts in shopping centres! 🧡🖤

If you love working with children and families, have loads of personality and don’t mind getting into the Halloween spirit, we’d love to hear from you!

🕷️ What you’ll be doing:
🎃 Guiding our Trick-or-Treat Hunts
👻 Welcoming and engaging with families
🍬 Helping create a fun and safe Halloween experience
🧙‍♀️ Getting into character — costumes are provided!
