As some of you may already know, the time has come for me to open up my own space! With that being said, we have finally acquired an amazing space in essendon to open a cafe.

With that being said, our pop up dinners are on hold for the time being untill the cafe is fully equipped and ready to go. Once open we shall continue the pop ups In our new found space. In the mean time for more details and news of what is happening, please follow on Instagram for updates.

It is that time again! Truffles season has kicked in for the season as we snuggle in the cold winter ahead.

With winter now in play, I've got a winter menu in place for you guys, and don't worry about a thing I will come to you and provide everything that is needed for the night.

With a new perspective comes with a new price, 5 course menu for $90.00pp for food. For more details just contact me.

Got a birthday coming and want to create a special menu for the night, we can do that too.

Winter menu:

Truffle custard, smoked egg borttarga, parmesan foam, chicken crackling.

Chicken tortellini, pickled mushroom, charred pumpkin and jus

Textures of beetroot, purple carrot, curd, olive oil powder, and mushroom soil.

Hanger steak, charred cauliflower, baby turnip, endive, carrot puree and jus.

Ginger bread sponge with carrot fluid gel, white chocolate, caramel, peanut brittle, and mascarpone ice-cream
