I recently wrote an Ebook on how cooking can reduce anxiety and researched what benefits cooking provided to a brain full of worry and concern. During lockdown I even tested some of my findings at home when I was feeling most anxious.
When engaging the creative part of the brain, anxiety is definitely reduced as you are concentrating on stirring the pan or following a recipe.
6 years ago I purchased a Thermomix for many reasons, and enjoyed it so much and the benefits it was giving myself and my entire family, I decided to join as a consultant during the recent lockdown. Boy did my machine get a work out during lockdown. To create entertainment for myself and family I cooked recipes from a different country every night and pretended we were travelling. The family would ask each day "what country are we visiting tonight".
Anyhow, I could talk forever about my love affair with my Thermomix, however I will instead just point out to those wishing to find out more about the Thermomix, now is a super awesome time to investigate as this offer is outstanding. Happy to field any enquiries. This company gives away so many freebie opportunities for customers it is a worthwhile exercise having a demonstration even if you already have a machine.
