Inspired by the rustic houses of Colonia Uruguay, our chivitos and food truck are like no other in Melbourne. Our artisan bread is delivered fresh each day, tender melt in your mouth scotch fillet steak and local vege and salad ingredients are a crowd pleaser.

Tender scotch fillet, melted cheese, fresh and pickled salad, housemade sauces and a proper fresh artsian bread roll — stacked up the Uruguayan way.
