Precise, polite, and always kind, Giselle is the type of person who makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.
With a genuine smile and calm professionalism, she guides every dining experience with warmth and care. Loved by both her colleagues and our guests, she is a very special part of our team.
When she’s not looking after diners, Giselle is teaching people how to scuba-dive and swim. With incredible people skills both above and below the water, she’s as natural in the ocean as she is on the restaurant floor.
We are lucky to have her as part of our family. We love you, Gise ❤️

A great chef, friend, and one of the hardest-working fellas around.

After 13 years in Australia and 4 years working alongside us, Miguel has decided to return to his hometown in Spain.

All we can say is that these doors will always be open for you, and we wish you nothing but the very best in this new adventure.

Your laughter, energy, and presence will truly be missed here.
