We’ll be serving up some slow-cooked, smoked goodness that’s so good, even your dad’s cheesiest jokes can’t compete. 😏

👨‍🍳 Get ready for pulled beef & pork burgers that’ll pull you right in… and nachos that will have you nacho-ing on all your worries! 🤪

ORDER FOR XMAS NOW!!! WE ARE BACK!!! - PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE DELIVERING XMAS EVE (COLD) FOR REHEATING ON XMAS DAY PRE SMOKED! (so we can spend xmas with family) - JUST HEAT AND SERVE! - OR WE CAN DELIVER HOT STRAIGHT FROM THE PIT ON 23RD!

Just like last year we will be cooking up so get in quick! Xmas is just around the corner 🎄🎄

Full Medium sized brisket $200
Pulled pork large $120
Pulled beef (weight and prices vary roughly $28 per kg)
Sausages (flavours vary!) $28 to $35 per kg pending flavour
Full smoked chicken $28 each
Smoked mac and Cheese (large size tray) $35
Smoked potato bake (large size tray) $30
Coleslaw (large size tray) $22

Limited amount of room on the pits so first in best dressed ❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥 happy to take reasonable requests if you wanted extras 🫡

All advice on how to prepare will be supplied. Simply reheat as per our instructions via an oven and you should have no issues at all!

CUT OFF 12TH OF DECEMBER! DUE TO THE TIME OF YEAR ALL ORDERS MUST BE MADE AND PAID BY THE 12TH TO ENSURE THE MEAT ORDER ARRIVES ON TIME.

Also catering options available for Xmas functions with portable food warmers on hand, no power needed 💪😉🤙

Sorry we have been a bit quiet folks! Have been doing smaller bookings and spending all spare time on the new engine. With the weather finally warming up it is perfect timing! Keep your eyes peeled as we will soon be mobile 😎🤙 I've been working on this magnificent beauty for a few months now, all fabricated in my little workshop. A few more touches (sink, lights, solar... etc) and we should be out and about soon!!!
