Wow... we honestly didn't expect the response we received this weekend.

What started as an attempt to move some leftover BBQ after the Art Walk turned into a complete sell-out! 🥹❤️

To every single person who ordered a family pack, shared our post, tagged a mate, bought buns, sent a message or simply supported our small business – THANK YOU.

As a small local BBQ business, your support means more than you know. Every late night tending the smoker, every early morning prep session and every kilogram of meat we cook is worth it when we see the support from this amazing community.

Brisket’s been cruising the smoker all night, deliveries are done, and Pub Daddy’s officially kicked back with a well earned beer. Huge THANK YOU to everyone in Port Macquarie for the orders, support, shares and kind words, you’ve kept the smoker hot and this dad very happy.

A few important Christmas facts:
• I like my brisket like I like my holidays… low stress and well rested

Because it was wrapped up for hours

Yep… we’re back, smokier than Santa’s chimney!

📦 HOW IT WORKS

🎅 XMAS EVE DELIVERY (COLD) - Pre-smoked, ready to reheat on Christmas Day!
(We love you all… but we also love spending Xmas with our families. Santa said it’s okay.)

🍖 THE MENU (and yes, it’s as good as it looks):

Full Smoked Brisket – $240
So tender even your in-laws will approve.

Full Smoked Pork Shoulder – $80
Pulled pork so good it’ll pull the whole family together.

Sausages (flavours vary) – $28–$35/kg
A great way to “meat” your Xmas expectations.

Full Smoked Chicken – $28 each
Because every Christmas needs at least one well-behaved bird.

Smoked Mac & Cheese (large tray) – $30
It’s basically therapy in a tray.

Mexican Beans + 750g Corn Chips – $35
Warning: Highly addictive. Sharing not recommended.

Coleslaw (large tray) – $22
Technically a vegetable, so you can tell yourself you ate healthy.

Banana Pudding (serves 4) – $20
Split it with the family… or don’t. We don’t judge.
