Pasture fed lamb rack, glazed heirloom carrots, asparagus, potato gratin, salsa verde.

Housemade potato gnocchi, RidgeView pesto, Hunter valley feta, Warrigal greens, parmesan crisp.

We offer a menu and wine tasting included in our packages to ensure you have exactly what you want served on your day!
