When your home is your sanctuary it is the perfect place to have a hand-fasting vow renewal. The sun warmed us with golden rays and the sliver of the new moon smiled overhead. It was magical.

On a beautiful sunny day, this couple who have overcome more hurdles than most, celebrated their love in the Sunken Garden of UWA. I think her entrance on her father's arm, meandering through the gardens and over the bridge was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

This hand-fasting was a first for many of the guests of this devoted couple, so when one guest, who was worried about it, tells you with tears in their eyes that it was THE most beautiful wedding they have ever seen... well I feel pretty proud... and I also honour the couple who worked with me to make this day their dream come true.
