Took me a whole year to learn how to flip this dough to make Murtabak and Roti Canai! I make the dough from scratch, still learning and improving on my skills and recipe to make sure the dough stays soft for longer and to not put too many holes when I flip it!

People see the long lines, the amazing food in the Bain Marie, the holidays we go on, the family lunch, the team dinners and all the luxuries we have been blessed with.

But people do not see the late sleepless nights, the early mornings, the sore bodies, the cuts, the burns, the arguments and the overwhelming pressure to always perform.

However, I would not change it for anything else. Alhamdullilah for this small family business that we have. Alhamdullilah for the challenges and tribulations that we have had to go through. Alhamdullilah for the family and friends that we have. Alhamdullilah for all the support from the customers that have kept coming back.
