A heartfelt thank you ❤️
We want to sincerely thank everyone who chose to dine with us last night. It was one of our busiest nights since we opened, and to be completely honest, we were all under the pump and a little overwhelmed by the unexpected crowd! 😅
We were understandably understaffed, and unfortunately, we also experienced some technical issues with our printer, which meant some kitchen dockets weren’t printing and a few orders were missed.
For this, we sincerely apologise from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️ We take full responsibility and will be using this experience as a learning opportunity to better prepare ourselves for nights like this in the future and, most importantly, to prevent any missed orders.
We also want to say a huge thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding, especially to those who experienced longer than usual wait times. We truly appreciate you sticking with us.
And a massive shout out to our chef and kitchen hand, who worked incredibly hard to put out that many dishes with just the two of them in the kitchen! 👏❤️
It was certainly a challenging night, but we are so grateful for the support and love you showed us.
Thank you for choosing us, supporting our little business and being so understanding. We hope to see you all again very soon! ❤️
