Since October 2009, we have been presenting regular b**r tasting events at venues around Perth, offering people the opportunity to explore the aromas, flavours and complexity of good b**r. For too long, b**r has been relegated to the status of an after-work, post-lawnmower, largely flavourless thirst-quencher, but the wide world of brewing offers a depth, complexity and variety of character that's just waiting to be discovered by West Australians who already appreciate good food and w**e. We can also host private or corporate tasting events, and offer a consultancy service to bars or restaurants that want to develop a genuinely credible, flavour-driven b**r list. The choice between six different la**rs is not really a choice at all, and we'd like to support the changing b**r demands that a growing number of informed drinkers will surely bring to the bar, or table... Drop us a line for more details.
