Don't let the word Death scare you off, the Cafe is a safe & supportive space for anyone over 18, where you can ask questions, share stories, gather information, help alleviate fears around death & dying as well as meet new people over a cuppa and a cookie☕🍪

𝙀𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 is not just for the elderly or dying. In fact, it’s for 𝐀𝐍𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 & 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟖! Especially if you have property or children!

Have you thought about the importance of ensuring your loved ones are taken care of should something happen to you? 🤔 I don’t just mean financially, but emotionally too
Accidents, injuries and medical events happen every day, to everyday people, unplanned, unwanted and death doesn't discriminate.

*Have you made time to start a conversation with your loved ones about what your wishes might be if you were to receive a life limiting diagnosis or sustained an injury that you would not recover from?
*How much would you want to know about your diagnosis?
*What kind of care would you want? Where would you like to be cared for & by whom?
*Who would make decisions for you about your health & any treatment/s, if you were no longer able to speak for yourself?
* Who would you want by your side? (Who wouldn’t you want there?)

*Imagine not burdening anyone with having to make huge life impacting decisions at a time when they really just want & need to have quality time with you
