What a Friday with the team from Department of Health! 🌟 We ran a full day combining two of our most popular programs.

Rapid Teaming in the morning, a hands-on session all about how your team works together, then the Perth CBD Challenge in the afternoon, an Amazing Race-style adventure set right across the city.

Theory in the room. Action in the streets. And at least one team rolling down a hill somewhere in between 👀 The energy from this group was unreal from start to finish!

A quick look back from earlier this month, we had a great team from Rio Tinto try to 'unlock the mystery' at our Pathfinders at Optus Stadium Challenge. Fresh off completing their PRINT profiles earlier in the day, they really brought their all 🤩

Now this is what we call the ultimate off-site! Big shout out to the team for bringing the energy, and with awesome weather it was just one of those days where everything clicked.

It’s all about perspective 👀

Every group we work with teaches us something new and this week, the team from Ngala reminded us just how powerful a shift in thinking can be!

They took on the ♠️♥️ Games of Strengths Challenge at Crown Perth♦️♣️. Guided by Senior Facilitator Rob McSporran, these teams embraced 50 challenges in just two hours and what stood out most was their mindset!

Ngala supports families across WA in some of life’s most complex moments. They play a critical role that at times must be exceptionally demanding. This dedication also showed up in how they approached each challenge thrown at them.

What they reminded us? When things feel hard or complicated, changing your perspective can unlock entirely new possibilities. It’s not always easy, but when you do, the results can be extraordinary.

Step back, rethink, and lean into new ways of seeing, great work team Ngala!
