Why do we call our unique events FASHION EXCHANGE rather than clothing swaps?
Well...
When we researched what was already out there and what gap needed filling, we discovered there was nothing that created an opportunity for high-quality fashion to be fairly swapped.
Community clothing swaps existed, which we love, but we wanted to stand out from the crowd and enable you to get something back for those excellent items.
Then came the business name. We toyed with the word of swap or share, but that was not delivering the feel we really wanted.
We landed on exchanging, which meant not only fashion but friendships, smiles, and more. We visualised a community! 💗
Then saying fashion rather than clothing meant we incorporated all things fashion; clothing, shoes, accessories, hats. All items which we need to snazz up that outfit!
The first of its kind in Perth to develop a social enterprise model of high quality Fashion Exchanging!!
Dont be confused when someone says they run an exchange...
