Curious as to how it all works?
1. Browse through our item list and images and select which items you require for your event.
2. Send through a message enquiry with your event date and the items you'd like.
3. We will send you through a quote. If you decide to go ahead, a 50% booking deposit will confirm your booking. 📆 Collection date and time will be arranged and confirmed.
4. Collection day! You arrive at our home-based location in Karnup and collect your carefully packed order ready to go.
5. Event day! Set up your own beautiful tablescape with our hire pieces in the location of choice. Enjoy your wonderful celebration!
6. Afterwards: Once your event is over, a quick rinse of the china is appreciated, it can then be packed back into the tubs ready for return on the agreed-upon date. Once return is complete, allow 2-3 business days for us to check each piece for damage and to ensure nothing is missing.
We take care of washing our china thoroughly after each use so you can just relax after your big day. Each piece is washed by hand with care to ensure it remains in top condition.
Communication throughout the hire experience is taken very seriously by us, you are able to contact us with any questions any time. We also provide flexibility with collection and return. Need a hire period of 4 days instead of 3? Just send through a request with your initial enquiry and we will try our best to accommodate it ☺️
