From the moment guests walked through the door, the Roe Room had already done half the job. But then the food started coming around and honestly, the room could have been anywhere on the Amalfi Coast.
Wagyu bresaola tartin with mustard cream and pickled cucumber. Porcini mushroom and Persian feta arancini, golden and crispy and gone within seconds of hitting the tray. Tasty bites landing in guests’ hands while prosecco kept flowing from the bar.
This is the thing about our kitchen. They don’t do function food. They do food that people talk about on the way home.
