The best way to take yourself to Italy without leaving Perth? It starts with an Aperol Spritz in hand. 🍊

From the moment guests walked through the door, the Roe Room had already done half the job. But then the food started coming around and honestly, the room could have been anywhere on the Amalfi Coast.

Wagyu bresaola tartin with mustard cream and pickled cucumber. Porcini mushroom and Persian feta arancini, golden and crispy and gone within seconds of hitting the tray. Tasty bites landing in guests’ hands while prosecco kept flowing from the bar.

This is the thing about our kitchen. They don’t do function food. They do food that people talk about on the way home.

When says they’re going to take the Roe Room to Italy… you trust them completely 🍋

Alla Spiaggia... to the beach. And honestly, walking into this room you’d believe it. Lemons piled at the entrance, cobalt blue furniture, blush curved sofas, yellow striped cushions and florals that felt like they were picked fresh from an Amalfi terrace.

This is what we love most about the Roe Room. It is a blank canvas that can become absolutely anything. In the right hands (and are very much the right hands!) it stops being a function room entirely and becomes an experience your guests are still talking about weeks later.

This is not function food. This is our kitchen... the same team behind one of Perth’s most loved restaurants, cooking live on the foreshore for your guests!

Wood fired pizza straight from the oven. A traditional paella station with local seafood, chicken and chorizo cooked fresh in front of your guests. With options of grazing tables to kick things off, oyster stations, canapes circulating all night, and bowl food to keep everyone going. And when the food is this good, you want a drink in hand... Aperol Spritz on arrival, wine, beer and soft drinks flowing for the duration.

It is the kind of night where people forget they are at a work event. Which is honestly the best compliment we can get 😉

Thinking about your end of year event on the Matilda Bay Reserve? Here’s what that actually looks like 🥂

Our exclusive foreshore lawn transforms into one of Perth’s most beautiful event spaces come end of year season. For 150+ guests you get an open air space, festoon lighting, dome tents or market umbrellas depending on your package, and Swan River as your backdrop.

From the moment your guests arrive, it’s on. Aperol Spritz on arrival, canapes coming around, bowl food, food stations... everything designed and executed by our kitchen team. And the beverage package keeps things flowing all night with wine, beer and soft drinks throughout.

The food is where we really shine. Choose from canapes like wagyu bresaola tatin, shredded Wagin duck cones or lamb kofta with tzatziki. Bowl food options include lemon peppered calamari, mottainai lamb ribs or pulled beef sliders. And if you want a food station, we’re talking traditional paella, a BBQ station or wood fired pizza.

Three packages available from $125pp for three hours through to $185pp for the full five hour experience including a grazing table and oyster bar.
