From the moment we met, Em wasn’t just our wedding planner—she became someone we genuinely trusted and, and ultimately, a friend. She cares so deeply about her couples, not just about creating a beautiful wedding, but about making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
In the lead-up to our wedding, we faced more hurdles than we ever expected, from family illness to guests dealing with flight disruptions. Then, on the day itself, our dream beach wedding was rained out and we had to completely pivot our plans. Through every challenge, Em was calm, reassuring, and somehow made the impossible feel manageable.
She was always available whenever I needed her, took so much stress off my shoulders by coordinating with all of our vendors, and made sure our vision was communicated perfectly—even when I was too overwhelmed to do it myself. Knowing she was handling everything meant I could actually enjoy the lead-up to our wedding instead of constantly worrying.
She has the perfect combination of professionalism, organisation, creativity and genuine kindness. It’s so obvious that she truly loves what she does, and that passion shines through in every interaction.
