1 month earth side with our beautiful daughter Eden 🌼🌻💐

I’ve been quite on here! It’s been a while since I posted and I never said goodbye 👋
The last 2 months of my pregnancy was just as messy as the rest of it and getting 4 years of inventory, furniture and a whole massive part of our life out of our buildings was a very stressful, emotional and painful time for the both of us.

We made it through though and glad it didn’t bring on early labour! With my son arriving at 35 weeks I worried everyday it could happen but we (by we, mainly Ty in the end with the help of some family members and some good hearted people that worked in our complex) we got it done 2 weeks before her arrival at 39 weeks!

We are now 1 month in as a family of 4 and we made THE BEST decision to close. Our beautiful girl is a fomo baby and Velcro baby and constantly feeds around the clock. Sleep in non existent and being glued to the chest is the only place she loves 😅 all of this is a recipe to my business failing if we tried to continue to operate.

I’m sure this will all be short lived and one day I’ll get around to my goodbye post 🥰

It’s official 🥹
Orders for Hamper In A Hurry are officially closed!
We don’t close up until next Saturday the 11th of May but we have reached capacity for orders this weekend and next Saturday.

If you try to place an order online and see this at checkout unfortunately it means exactly that - no slots are available.

What a journey and what a crazy ride the past 5 years have been! I’ll probably dive into this a little more next week but for now thank you to each and every one of you that have supported my business!

We have a small amount of stock to clear so some boxes we will be selling discounted for customers that are happy to COLLECT and pay via bank transfer.
If you prefer to pay through our website there will just be a fee added. ☺️

It’s been over a couple of weeks since Easter! Who still has a worrying amount of chocolate eggs in their household? 🙈

We have 7 days of trade left, one of them being the day before Mother’s Day.
Our Mother’s Day collection will be available online soon and I’ll also be releasing a certain amount of boxes discounted to help clear stock before closing.

These discounted boxes are from our dessert range and will be available for collection only. They also won’t be on the website, they can only be ordered via DM and paid via bank transfer.

Who would think a dating app would land you here 5 years later! 🙈
I was absolutely spoilt over the weekend by Ty, my Mum & Sister as they threw me a baby shower and we did our gender reveal!
Not ready to post what we are having just yet as I still haven’t on my personal pages but in true golf fan style we had our little man hit a golf ball that exploded into colour 🩵🩷

I’m heading into 3rd trimester next week, on the home stretch and we have 9 days left of trade (all weekend dates until the 11th of May) and then we officially close up Hamper In A Hurry!

Happy Monday! ☀️ There is officially only 11 days left of trade until Hamper In A Hurry officially closes 😱
We are remaining open until the 11th of May but only on weekend dates.
We are open this Thursday the 28th as we will be closed for Easter Sunday 🐣

Lady down again 😖 sorry guys! I have had to close up the rest of the week.. I’ll be reopening next Tuesday the 19th of March.
The amazing Ty is saving the days again and will be fulfilling all orders we already do have so they won’t need to be canceled.

I am starting to worry that I’m not even going to make it to the 11th of May and might need to close up earlier.. I really wanted to send off on the Mother’s Day weekend but I’m just not getting any better and things are getting harder with my body growing. I will keep you all posted though!

In all honestly I am so heartbroken and fed up with my situation. I am extremely grateful to be given the opportunity to be pregnant, growing a new beautiful life but it’s just not fair that this is how it’s just meant to go 😓 it’s not fair that every pregnancy is different, it’s not fair that some women will breeze through like it’s nothing and then others are on their death bed. It’s not fair the spectrum is so large for each individual woman’s symptoms that a large portion of society will just never understand what some will go through.

I’m not lazy, I’m a worker, a go getter and ticking off 100 jobs off my todo list in a day is completely normal for me.
I love being a very interactive mum, I love having a sparkling clean home and I love doing all the things I used to do to look after me and my relationships.
Having this all stripped from me is mentally destroying me and I wish this was spoken about more as I’ve heard stories from other women and I know I’m not alone.

I pray for the day I wake up and im not sick, not trying to peel myself off the floor, vomiting, crying in so much pain that I worrying if I should go to ER to check on my baby. Each day is a new day and I never know what’s thrown at me and sadly I experience all the above more than I don’t.

I don’t like I have to be so honest and transparent here when it should be all professional but I hope anyone that is getting a little frustrated with the flexibility my business no longer has can see why.. 😓 ps I’m behind in emails! I’ll hopefully be on top of it all by the end of the week.
