Step right up to the Dark Circus. 🎪

The experience started well before guests reached the Big Top.

A lion stood watch, an elephant greeted arrivals, and our Strong Man and Bearded Lady peep board brought a playful nod to classic circus sideshows.

At the entrance, our Ticket Booth came to life with circus performers welcoming guests into the world beyond, leading through to the Big Top entry and the spectacle inside.

Every element was considered as part of the journey — building curiosity, character and a sense of theatre from the moment guests arrived.

Welcome to the Dark Circus. 🎪

For one night, Crown became a world of theatrical spectacle, rich colour and unexpected moments.

At the centre of it all: our Big Top stage set, complete with an illuminated LED staircase, surrounded by custom circus centrepieces that carried the story through the room.

A look at Midnight Masquerade—an evening of rich blue velvet, dramatic lighting, elegant styling and unforgettable moments.

From the grand entrance and statement stage to the guest photo experience and beautifully styled tables, every detail was designed to create an immersive masquerade-inspired gala.

✨Midnight at the Bazaar transformed Optus Stadium for this corporate gala, creating an atmosphere that carried throughout the evening.

A great collaboration with the Optus Stadium MASE Team, Perth Audio Visual, Williams Creative, Diesel Productions and Lyon Productions to bring it all together.

Be part of the crew behind the magic✨ Join our A-team as a casual team member helping set up and pack down incredible themed & styled events.

What we’re looking for:
• Fit + hands-on (heavy lifting, installs & bump-ins)
• Confident drivers (standard licence – truck/van training provided)
• Weekend availability is a must (many shifts run late nights + early mornings)
• Willing to work night shifts – a large portion of shifts fall between midnight–3am
• Flexible with seasonal work (you may work consistently for months, then have quieter periods)
• Strong communication + team player vibes
• Detail-focused with a can-do attitude
• Available during our silly season (Oct–Dec)
• Bonus: event experience, EWP, MR, White Card + basic tool skills 🔧
