I thought I’d jump on here and reintroduce myself because we’ve had quite a few new followers lately.
Hello! I’m Shannon, the owner behind Sylvie & Co – Event Hire & Styling, based south of Perth. 🩷🧡
I run this business while also working another job. My dream is to one day be able to put 100% into Sylvie & Co full-time so I can dedicate all of my time, energy and creativity to making your events extra special. It’s a lot of hard work juggling both, but I wouldn’t change it because this business means so much to me.
If you ask anyone in my family, they’ll tell you I’ve always been the one who goes completely overboard when it comes to birthdays, parties and celebrations. I’ll find any excuse to decorate and make things look pretty… that’s just who I am! 😂
I’ve always been a crafty person too, and I’m definitely a bit of a perfectionist. Once I’ve got a vision in my head for your event, I won’t stop until I’ve made it happen. If I can’t buy it, I’ll probably end up making it myself! I love creating things that make your event feel unique and personal.
I’ve also always loved being around children, so getting to create magical setups for kids’ birthdays (and every other special occasion!) genuinely makes me so happy. Seeing everyone’s faces light up when they walk into a beautifully styled space is one of the best parts of what I do.
