For our next edition of our mix series, we welcome longtime digger, dancefloor documentarian, and fervent record-store shark Gibbo /

Gibbo can usually be found towering tall on the dancefloor with a camera in hand, or parked at a vinyl fair sifting through a stack of wax. A connoisseur of dance music, Gibbos passion shines through in his tasteful selections.

In this mix, Gibbo guides us through a three-hour deep dive into a delectable blend of tech house, minimal, and electro, soaked in the flavours of the ’90s and early ’00s.

We’re excited to announce the first full length EP on Vertigo, Necessity, crafted by Boorloo electronic duo Ezines.

Emerging from Boorloo’s underground dance scene, Ezines blends elements of acid house and techno with their psych rock roots. The duo, Owen Aitken and Theo Letch-Fanciulli, push to uncover new sounds and expand the boundaries of dance music.

Shaped by 90s electronica, their sound thrives on instinct and experimentation. Ezines tap into the DIY spirit of rave culture, layering vintage synths and warped samples with rough-cut drum work to craft tracks that feel both unpredictable and immediate.

Necessity ties together the worlds Ezines move between, blending rolling acid energy with shadowed club tones and vocal fragments drawn from their own restless rhythm.

The first single, Dissolve, arrives December 1, with the full digital and vinyl EP release to follow in early 2026.

As the sunny days become more frequent, the silly season approaches. We are throwing it back to the end of the last season. Our next guest on the mix series is with a live performance recorded at the Vertigo x Midnight Elevator carpark party in March. PTMC plays an integral role in the Boorloo underground music scene, hosting a wide selection of artists over the past five years. Following a series of releases in 2023 and 2024, PTMC brings the heat in this hour of goodness.

Wetpuddlss has quickly become a well-known presence across a variety of dance music events in Boorloo, along with regular appearances on RTR shows such as Trainwreck and Bass Check. With a big range and a deep passion for a plethora of genre's, Wetpuddlss' mixes are characterised by freedom and fluidity of sounds. Inhibitions are thrown out the window, giving way to an ever evolving, unpredictable and captivating listen.

We've been lucky enough to get to know Ailsa over the last year and we're stoked to be able to share this mix with you for this months edition of our mix series!

It's been a little while but we're back with a fresh Vertigo mix from one of our east coast favourites, link to the mix is in our bio ‼️

Loaf ( ) hails from the Eora/Sydney area and has become a great friend to everyone on the Vertigo team over the past year.

We met Asha on the eve of Dimensions Festival in Croatia, and within a day, it felt like we had known each other for years. Over the next five days, we shared many unforgettable moments on the dancefloor, with Asha’s energy remaining unmatched throughout.

On the east coast, Asha's reputation continues to grow, with gigs scheduled most weekends supporting artists like Clint, Aloka, Rey Colino, and BLU:SH.

A passionate music digger, Asha brings a rich blend of progressive house, breaks, house, and dub techno to her latest mix. We hope one day she'll get to play on the best coast— the west coast.
