Please read the following terms and conditions of Perfect Cakes before you place an order. Reservation of date:
* We do operate on a first-come,first-served basis as you would expect.
* However according to
the availability on our schedule, we may be able to accept orders at shorter notice.
* No booking will be secured until advance payment is received.
*All pencil bookings get cancel unless the advance is made by 7days from the date the pencil booking was made.
* Bookings which haven't made the advance payments 5 days before the collection date will get cancel automatically unless you don't get in touch with us and make any arrangement regarding the payment.
* Consultations for cakes are by only through Perfect Cakes/messenger (Maleesha Ruwanthi Wickramasooriya for MarketPlace) or +61450202036. Not through any personal Facebook accounts.
* All prices are non-negotiable.
* Prices mainly depend on the design, therefore before place the order please discuss with us your requirements and get a quotation.
* We have the right to change the quoted price(s) of orders which have not confirmed by making advance payment.
* Payment of advance secures the quoted price(s) & prevents any further price increases.
* Payment of advance and balances can be paid by cash or online bank transfer. Collection of cakes:
* Cakes are to be collected from our premises at a prearranged time and date only.
* We provide full instruction on the care and handling of your cake.
* We do not take any responsibility for any damage that may occur to the cake once it has left our premises.
* We do deliver cakes and cupcakes at a reasonable additional price. Design and decorations:
* Please note that cake design and colours can be subjected to slight variations according to the availability of decorative accessories and due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.
* Customers can request for writings on the cake or cake board. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order.
* Please note that due to space constraint on the cake surface, lengthy wordings may not be accommodated.
* If your wedding cake design requires fresh flowers, please note that some flowers are not suitable for use as cake decorations. We cannot be liable for any contamination to our food product that may arise from their misuse. Changes in order:
* Any changes related to the order must be made at least 5 days before the collection date. Cancellation of order:
* As all our cakes are specially prepared for your order, we do not encourage any last-minute cancellation.
* However, cancellation of the order is permitted under the following conditions:
- 10 days before date of collection: 70% refund or postpone order
- 5 days before date of collection: 50% refund or postpone order
- 5 days or less date of collection: No Refund or No Postpone Order
* Please note that refund of payment may take up to 1 week for us to process.
* Postpone of an order must not be later than 1 month from the date of purchase. Orders in advance:
*Orders can be done in advance to the fixed collection date according to the availability of our schedule with an additional charge. Storage & Consumption :
* We do recommend our cakes are best eaten within 48 hours from collection.
* Cakes stored in the refrigerator must be brought back to room temperature before consuming.
* All our cakes contain fresh eggs, wheat(gluten)and dairy products, so are not suitable for those suffering from
intolerance or allergies to those particular foods. Non Edibles:
* Please note that non-edible accessories such as brooches, ribbons, beads, feathers and etc. are used to decorate some cakes or packaging at the client's request are not edible and must be removed from your cake before serving.
* Edible cake toppers can contain food-safe wires which have to be removed before consumption.
* Perfect Cakes accepts no responsibility for any physical harm that may arise from their use. The hiring of Additional Items:
* If additional items are being hired from Perfect Cakes such as cake stands a security deposit will be required.
* This is fully refundable on the safe and full return of the hired items.
* All items must be returned within 3 days/2 nights of the pickup date.
* By confirming the order it will be deemed that the terms and conditions are understood and accepted
