Yes, we played HOT POTATO at a wedding. With ACTUAL potatoes. For our two beautiful brides. 😂🥔

And it was soooo much freaking FUN. And wholesome AF! 🥹❤️

Depending on how each guest knew the brides, I had a different question ready for them when the music stopped.

It turned into the most beautiful way for their favourite people to share funny stories, special memories and all the things they love most about these two!

The laughs, the love, the beautiful words… MY HEART! 🥹

I’ve NEVER done this at a wedding before, but you can bet your bottom dollar it’s going straight to the top of my MC games list!

300/10 RECOMMEND!

Actual potatoes are essential though. No substitutes. 😂🥔

Well, if this isn’t the BEST email to wake up to the morning after a wedding! 🥹❤️

K&J’s day threw just about EVERYTHING at us. Rain, plan B activated, a power outage… you name it! 😳

But it was still the most BEAUTIFUL day. And waking up to this message from Kay & Jeri just made my heart so full!

Because THIS is why I do what I do. It’s not just about delivering a beautiful ceremony or keeping the reception running smoothly. It’s about being the person my couples can turn to when things don’t quite go to plan. The person who can think on their feet, roll with the punches and make sure they can actually ENJOY every moment! When I say I gotchu, I bloody mean it!

And to my future couples (or potential couples!)… you can’t control the weather or every little thing that might happen on your wedding day. But you CAN choose the people you have in your corner when it does. 🥹💕

When the bride realises she’s forgotten the wedding rings… MID CEREMONY! 💍😂

These are the moments that make the BEST stories! The little unexpected things you couldn’t possibly plan for, but end up laughing about for years to come!

And THIS is exactly why you want a celebrant who can think on their feet, roll with the punches and keep the good vibes going when things don’t quite go to plan.

Your job is to just rock up, marry your favourite human and have the BEST bloody time.

My job is to handle the rest. Even when the rings decide not to make an appearance. 💍🤣

Well, after 200+ weddings, it finally happened…For the very first time, I got caught in the rain mid-ceremony! ☔️

But it didn’t dampen anyone spirits one little bit!

Because when you’ve got two people completely in love and wrapped up in the moment, surrounded by their favourite humans, a little rain isn’t going to stop the magic. 🥹

And can we PLEASE take a moment for these incredible florals and that breathtaking backdrop?! The entire setting was an absolute DREAM. 😍

FACTS. 👏 YOUR GUESTS BRING THE VIBES TOO!

One thing I ALWAYS do before kicking off a ceremony is give guests permission to get involved. Laugh loudly, cry happy tears, cheer, clap, make some bloody noise!

Because I’m not here to talk AT you for 20 minutes. We’re all here to celebrate two bloody legends getting married!

I can bring the energy, the banter, the laughs and a bloody good love story… but when your guests bring that SAME energy back?!

OH BABYYYYY. THAT’S THE GOOD STUFF. 🔥

And when a crowd brings this kind of energy? You better believe I’m matching it! 😂

Stephanie and Patrick’s crew understood the assignment AND THEN SOME. Honestly, what a bloody vibe these guys were! 🙌🏽

Your ceremony doesn’t have to be the quiet, formal bit before the party. Your guests aren’t just there to watch. They’re part of the whole damn experience!

Because the party doesn’t have to start at the reception, my friends. 💃🏽💕

A few days late because apparently my automated post decided it simply wasn’t going to automate 😂 Damn technology. But HERE WE ARE!

OCTOBER WEDDINGS, BABYYYYY 🎤💍

Another huge month ahead and I am BEYOND excited to be part of every single one of these lovefests.

October has already started with an absolute BANG 💥 and I cannot wait to bring the tears, the laughs, the vibes and a whole lotta Wed with Whitt energy to everyone’s big day.

We’ve got ceremonies, MC gigs, private property weddings, some of my fave venues AND 3 brand new venues I’ve never worked at before… which always gets me a little extra excited 👀 The Mallard Duck Darlington Estate Esplanade Fremantle by Rydges

ANDDDD… for the first time ever, I’ve got a spooky-themed wedding where I actually get to dress up IN CHARACTER to marry them. 😂👻💀 Safe to say, this job continues to surprise the hell out of me and I bloody love it.
