Passionfruit & Watermelon Margaritas!
(4 servings)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh passionfruit pulp
- 500g watermelon flesh
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 120ml silver tequila
- 60ml orange liqueur
To Serve:
- 1 cup ice
- 4 slices of watermelon
- 1 lime cut into a wedge
- 1 pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Blend watermelon flesh until very smooth
2. Add watermelon juice, passionfruit pulp. lime juice, tequila & orange liqueur to a jug with a handful of ice. Stir well!
3. Pour salt onto a small plate to 1/2 depth, run a lime wedge around the rim of glass & dip immediately into the salt. Fill the salt-rimmed glass with ice, repeat lime, and salt rim with remaining glasses
4. Divide margarita mixture across, garnish with watermelon & lime to serve
