For years we’ve called dancefloors healing. Turns out we might not have been imagining it.
New research suggests electronic music, rhythm, movement and breath may help guide the nervous system through a cycle of regulation, release and recovery. 🌀
So maybe it’s not “just dancing.”
Maybe that’s why you arrive carrying the weight of the week and leave feeling lighter than when you came.
