On the weekend I did my last wedding which I’ll share with you soon (it’s a goodie too), but I’m now closing the doors on Oh My to prepare for my next big adventure….becoming a Mum for the first time! Our little one is due in March so it’s time to sit back and soak in the last few months before life completely changes.

Thank you to all of the wonderful clients, suppliers, everyone along the way who made this little biz of mine so much fun. It’s been a ride and I’ve loved every minute.

This wedding was something so special. Blessed by the weather gods, these two married in front of 20 of their absolute nearest and dearest at the stunning Whistle Post Wines.
From the elegant floral to the heartfelt music recorded by Rewa’s brother, everything about their day was pure perfection and I absolutely loved being a part of it.

Over the weekend, Imogene and Michael, tied the knot on the most perfect day in Coonawarra. We manifested hard for beautiful weather and it worked….

These two high school sweethearts knew that they wanted their day to be one full of love, laughter and a hell of a lot of dancing!

Imogene, every part of the modern day bride, was a vision as she walked towards her husband to be, Michael. Michael, known to be more on the quiet side, made sure there wasn’t a dry eye present when he spoke his heartfelt vowels to Imogene.

When Imogene first asked me to be a part of bringing her wedding together, which feels like years ago, I was so excited as I knew that this one would be one of epic proportions and it didn’t disappoint!

Thank you so much for having me, I wish you nothing but all of the love and happiness for your future as The Krieger’s.

It goes without saying we had the absolute A Team of people to work with too….

Raising funds for Stand Like Stone Foundation Penola Coonawarra, you will find an array of clothing, shoes, bags and accessories at incredible prices. You’ll even find items still with their tags!

Maddie + Tom

Maddie and Tom were our first wedding client at Oh My and how lucky we were!

Maddie came to Kate back in February needing help with planning her wedding as she was about to have a baby and was finding the whole process rather overwhelming.

We went through the motions of every style of wedding from marquees, elopements, a surprise wedding….you name it…we talked about it.

On the weekend they celebrated their big day exactly how it was always meant to be…at their home on the farm with their nearest and dearest. It was the perfect celebration for them.

The indecisive weather didn’t deter them from having their ceremony in a paddock in the most beautiful setting. Guests then celebrated well in to the night in their shearing shed. It was a night full of so much love and laughter.

Tom, Maddie and little George, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day. You were a dream to work with right from the very start. Your wedding will always remain so close to our hearts and we just love you!

Wynnsday 2021 🍷

This week I had the privilege of working behind the scenes with Wynns Coonawarra Estate’s Winemakers, Sue Hodder and Sarah Pigeon, in bringing together the release of their 2021 wines.

Always the biggest day on the calendar day for them with enormous anticipation.

It was a week of virtual tastings with people both nationally and internationally across multiple online platforms. Thankfully, technology didn’t fail us!

I have a profound level of respect for these two women and their renowned team for what they have done for wine not just in Coonawarra but around Australia and the world. Listening to them speak about their passion has been nothing short of amazing. It was a pleasure being a part of it and learning so much during the process. A huge thankyou for giving me this opportunity!

If you haven’t tried their new release wines…you absolutely must. My pick is the 2018 Johnson’s Block Single Vineyard Cabernet or the 2019 Black Label Old Vines Shiraz.

WOW! With a number of last minute bookings for 2021 and a busy start to 2022, we will not be taking on anymore events until March next year.

It’s time to put our heads down and work hard on bringing these amazing events together.

We are overwhelmed by the amount of support we have had since starting in February so thank you to everyone!! X

We were privileged to be a part of the Long Lunch 4 Jock held at Redman Wines. This intimate event was all about raising much needed funds for the Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute supporting research in to Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH).

Raising a total of $32,000 hosts Meg and Dan Redman were overwhelmed by the generosity and support of the local community.

We provided full on the day management, ensuring that all aspects of the event ran smoothly and Meg and Dan could sit back and enjoy the day with their guests.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this event. It was one so close to our hearts. ❤️

We are working on an event that is very close to our hearts, ‘Long Lunch for Jock’. ❤️

This event is sure to be a one-of-a-kind experience with an intimate feast created with local produce by St Bees and complemented by Redman Wines.

We will be raising much needed funds for the ‘Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute’ supporting research into Langerhans Cell HISTIOCYTOSIS (LCH).
