Designed for couples who want an intimate, relaxed wedding experience—or for those looking to save by choosing a mid-week celebration without compromising on the experience.

We’ve taken care of the planning by organising your celebrant, professional photographer, ceremony styling, seasonal florals and exclusive use of Chapter Barn & Chapter Studio. Everything is thoughtfully arranged so you can simply arrive, be present, and enjoy every moment together.

If you’d love to celebrate with your closest family and friends, you can extend your day with harvest platters, local beverages and a relaxed reception overlooking the rolling hills of South Gippsland.

On Saturday, 11 July 2026, we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating Billee and David as they said “I do” with our Winter Wedding Package.

Their day was filled with so much love, emotion and laughter. We were incredibly lucky with the weather the ceremony and stunning portraits were captured just before the rain arrived. As the evening unfolded, their guests danced the night away while watching the rain gently fall against the glass windows of the barn. It created the most beautiful, cosy and intimate atmosphere.

A special mention to the incredibly talented Genelle, who captured every moment so beautifully. We are beyond excited to have her as part of our Winter Wedding team. Our couples are truly so lucky to have her documenting their love stories.

Congratulations again, Billee and David. Thank you for allowing us to be part of such a magical day. 🤍

When Naoise and Jeevan came to one of our tours and shared the vision for the commitment ceremony they wanted to create with us, we instantly felt so excited and happy. Sitting in front of us were two people deeply in love, wanting to celebrate their love story in a way that felt truly authentic to them — not necessarily what society tells us a celebration of love should look like.

We were completely swept up in the beauty of what they wanted to create, and honestly, I couldn’t think of a more perfect place for it than Chapter Barn. Their day was emotional, moving, joyful and so uniquely theirs.

These images truly speak for themselves, and we feel incredibly lucky to have been part of this beautiful love story during our Winter Wedding Season.

Amber and Sam

They found love from opposite sides of the world. Amber from Holland and Sam from Australia. Their connection formed quickly and deeply, bringing two worlds together as one. It was a true pleasure to host their love story here, with family and friends travelling all the way from Holland to witness them become Mr and Mrs. Set against the rolling hills of Outtrim, the day perfectly showcased the Australian landscape at its very best.
