Thank you everyone who messaged over the weekend with the classes you'd love to see over the next few months.

Here are the dates and times for the upcoming classes.

Perfect for learning new recipes for summer and the festive season and as always, nothing beats a fun afternoon making and eating delicious treats together.

All classes are in Lovely Lawrence, Otago, New Zealand
and start at 1pm - 2.30 and in each class, we make, learn, taste and take home a delicious box of goodies. They are hands on fun classes that suit all ages.

Hello everyone,
So wonderful to have the sun back☀️
I will be running one public group class a month in between my private group bookings (and I still have some space left for Christmas chocolate parties/classes ).

I often get messages saying some of you missed out on a specific class and asking if I'll run it again. And yes I absolutely can😀
It can try and work classes around a date if you are visiting Lawrence as well.

Since December will be all about Festive Chocolate classes, I want to squeeze in a special public class or two before the holiday rush!

If you're looking for some fun, fabulous afternoon to learn new recipes and eat lots of delicious food together, or you're a returning regular wanting to tick off another one of my classes—I'd love to have you back.
Here are the classes to choose from:
-Chocolate & Cheese Class (learn to make soft cheese & delicious truffles!)
-High Tea & Tiny Tarts Class
-Festive Chocolate Class (our main feature for December!)
-Chocolate master class
-Cheese making class

Hello Everyone, Well we are all right in the middle of Spring and that means a wonderful new season of sharing beautiful food and my secret recipes is here!
With end of year schedules getting super busy, weekends can fill up fast. If you had a group or party that you wanted to spoil or celebrate with a delicious chocolate class? feel free to message to save your dates, min numbers is 6 people for me to come to you or you are welcome to come to Lawrence or join of my monthly group classes.

Another fabulously fun day with Evie and her friend Juniper, there was a LOT of giggling and together we made close to 100 tiny coconut desserts. This week we did Brazilian Bon bon’s aka - Bala Bainana.
Amazing work girls, handling 180 degree toffee with no burns is no easy task and they all tasted absolutely devine 😊🤍

Then weekend ended with a lovely relaxed Chocolate and Cheese class.
Thank you to the fabulous ladies who came along.
Loved meeting you and it was such a fun class and as always thanks to the The Wild Walnut cafe for the hire of your wonderful space.

I will be putting my regular group class calendar out soon (classes held each month in Lawrence) , but I am now taking bookings for private Christmas classes.

What a wonderful weekend of making and baking ….
First up was Evie’s Master Class and WOW!
She wanted to make 70 little treats for her friends and she ended up making 202 little treats in exactly 2 hours !
AMAZING !
I cannot wait for the day she opens her own chocolate shop or patisserie💕
Well done Evie! They were delicious and I’m sure everyone loved them 😁⭐️⭐️

I’m really looking forward to this Sunday’s class, there are still space left:

Chocolate & Cheese Class

Suitable for all ages and lovers of food.

I’ve blended together two of my most popular classes into one fun, relaxed little afternoon.

If you missed my cheese class or one of my chocolate classes, this is a lovely chance to get a taste of both in one combined session (and who doesn’t love eating cheese and chocolate😊).

This is a smaller, last-minute class, so it’ll be a lovely relaxed group where we can make a bit, taste a bit, laugh a lot, share my famous recipes and everyone takes home a box of what they make.
Everything is provided.

Happy Spring! its time to kick off my delicious chocolate classes again for the season and I cant wait!

I am going to squeeze a CHOCOLATE AND CHEESE CLASS in next SUNDAY 20TH SEPT in Lawrence.
$85 pp - 1PM - 1.5 HOUR CLASS - EVERYTHING PROVIDED - LIMITED SPACES -DETAILS BELOW - MESSAGE TO BOOK.

As always a super fun afternoon of hands on making and tasting delicious chocolate and cheese, I share my secret recipes with you all and everyone takes their own box of handmade goodies home + recipe cards so you can make to your hearts content.
