Have you ever wondered how to post 'Merry Christmas' or 'Happy New Year' without getting lost amongst the thousands of other seasonal posts out there? π As we approach the festive season, we thought we'd share a few tips:
βοΈThink about how your holiday post content is relevant to your customer, otherwise they'll lose interest. For example, if you're a hairdressing business, your Christmas post might be "Impress your friends & family this holiday season with a fresh hairdo. Book in early to avoid disappointment this December."
βοΈIf you'd like to communicate your close-down period 1) update your Google My Business profile first and 2) centre your customer. For example, if you're a landscaping business, something like: "We hope you enjoy your backyard space this holiday season. We'll be enjoying our own backyard from the 24th of December to the 10th of January."
βοΈDon't use any ol' stock image that doesn't reflect your core business. For example, a clichΓ© 'Merry Christmas' image from Google won't cut through the noise. Get creative with Canva & create something inclusive of your people, products or service.
