We use smoking ovens to smoke meats and make all our own sauces and spice rubs. Our range of artisan condiments includes a Maple BBQ Sauce, Smoky Chipotle Ketchu

p, Sweet Mustard Dressing and a BBQ Spice Rub. Our shop Elwood's Eatery offers lunch 5 days a week and dinner Thursday and Friday nights.
