Last weekend, I had the absolute joy of being part of this stunning elopement. Nothing makes me happier than seeing two people madly in love, grinning from ear to ear on the best day of their lives. 🥰

Taylah and Kyle made their ceremony truly their own, determined to have it outdoors no matter the weather. And despite a brief drizzle, the sun soon came out as if it had been part of the plan all along. ☀️

Moments like these, and beautiful messages like this, remind me that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be:

Kate and Matt’s intimate elopement was a dream, made even sweeter by their gorgeous pups, Vinnie and Viktor, who stole the show (and our hearts). Seeing couples include their furry family members makes me so happy—it’s these personal touches that make a ceremony truly unforgettable. 🐶✨

“Your Day, Your Way” A motto l like to use with my couples to remind them that their wedding day is about THEM. I want to ensure their ceremony is exactly how they envisioned.
I encourage them to let me know any ideas they may have for their ceremony, it doesn’t matter how different or fun they may. Adding these personal touches to your ceremony can really help make it yours and leave a lasting memory for both the couple and the guests.

• Connect: Arrange meetings or consultations with potential celebrants. Think of it as your first date; you want a good connection.
•Ask lots of questions! What’s their experience? Do they fit your style? Are they flexible?
•Look at their portfolio. This is like seeing photos from their previous weddings, and you’ll know if their style matches your vision.
• Ensure they’re all about customising. You want someone who tailors your ceremony to your love story.
Verify their understanding of the legal stuff. You don’t want any hiccups on your big day.
•Read references and online reviews. It’s like getting recommendations from friends.
• Discuss fees and payment schedules right upfront.
