We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Event & Activations Producer to lead end-to-end delivery of activations—from concept to ex*****on. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in polished, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end event and activation delivery, including design, planning, budgeting/quoting, creative print assets, ex*****on and invoicing
* Manage timelines, budgets, logistics and suppliers
* Oversee on-site ex*****on and team leadership
* Develop creative concepts and ensure strong visual presentation
* Maintain quality, compliance and operational standards
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in events, activations or operations
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple projects in fast-paced settings
* Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused
* Passionate about delivering engaging brand experiences
* Ability to be flexible across a 7-day week roster
