Behind Candela Foods is a woman who has carried a love for cooking in her heart since she was a little girl. ❤️

As a child, my idea of playing was peeling potatoes and shredding chicken… and look at me now! 😂 I’ve always said that cooking is my lover, because it’s a passion that stays with me, inspires me and makes me happy every single day.

I love creating, experimenting and sharing flavours from different cultures, from my beloved Venezuela to Colombia, Mexico, Spain, Peru and beyond. 🇻🇪🌎

Life behind the stove isn’t always easy, but there’s something truly special about doing what you love and sharing it with others through food.

Today, I celebrate my journey, everything I’ve learned and, above all, the love I have for what I do. ❤️
