🚨 These 2 grubs have stolen 60kgs of gas from our HQ in the last month… maybe trying to recreate our awesome BBQ????Shame we don’t use gas – we smoke with only dry red gum for up to 14 hours. 🌳🔥

This photo of our two trailers at Mundi Mundi isn’t just about food—it’s a reminder of what Chris and I have built together. Through the ups and downs, we’ve found our way back to the heart of why we started this business: love for what we do, pride in doing it our way, and gratitude for every customer who supports us.

Here’s to fresh starts, big dreams, and falling back in love with what we’ve created. It’s more than a job, it’s our life and we are so damn lucky to be surrounded by people that love us and support us.

They’re “Shallots” Also known as spring onions, green onions, scallions & definitely not sea creatures (scallops)
