We weave elements of incredible partners through our own events, such as the Soulful Long Lunch Series, as well as helping our clients to do the same.

Working with the ANNA’S Wild Yam Cream team was a dream. The complemented our Hormones in Harmony theme so perfectly. They had an event activation at our Soulful Long Lunch, product gifting in our wellness bags, pre-event prizing and a live Q&A with their beautiful Founder, Harmony, at the event with MC Kim Morrison.

Great things take time ... and the next Soulful Long Lunch feels like this!

It hasn't been a straight path to curate our next lunch. Other events have fallen into place fairly effortlessly, but this next event has taken some extra effort and energy.

BUT ... It is going to be so worth waiting for!

Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is permission to PAUSE.

To step away from the busyness of everyday life.

To gather around a table with like-minded people.

To nourish our bodies with beautiful food, our minds with new perspectives, and our hearts through meaningful connection.

Our last Soulful Long Lunch was a beautiful reminder that slowing down isn't time lost; it's where inspiration, gratitude and connection are often found.

There is something truly wholesome, connecting and grounding about gathering around a table to share beautifully prepared wholefood.

ALSAHWA ESTATE Head Chef, Mal Meiers designed a nourishing bespoke menu for our last Soulful Long Lunch, and it spoke to our theme, Harvest to Wholefood, perfectly.

"What a great experience the Soukful Long Lunch was. The sense of community and the genuine support was so amazing and inspiring!! Evoke is doing an incredible job empowering and teaching people about the importance of food and how we live! I was proud to have been part of the event" ~ kind words from Head Chef Mal.
