What a treat to have the chef who has designed and prepared our intentional lunch, tell the story behind it, and provide inspiration for sourcing and cooking with fresh, local foods.

Every one of Mal's dishes is built around seasonality, shaped by relationships with local growers, and guided by a quiet commitment to minimal waste.

The goal is always the same: let each ingredient tell its own story.
