Our 15th Birthday Preparty is on Saturday 5th September starting at 5pm. Everyone is welcome, especially if you're planning to come up for early rope off!
There's three bands playing from 5pm and a big cake (with 15 candles) to share. Sunshine Catering food van will be in attendance. BYO drinks. Also MC merch for sale from 4-6pm.

We had an absolute blast catering at the Sunshine Coast Motorsport Club Inc. Coastal Fasteners Sprints at Nambour Showgrounds.

A huge thank you to the Sunshine Coast Motorsport Club committee for putting on such a well-run event. From the competitors and officials to the volunteers and marshalls, it was clear just how much work goes into making a weekend like this happen.

It was also great sharing the event with our fellow vendors Mani Pizza and Thanks for being part of another great motorsport weekend!

To all the drivers who put on an incredible show, the marshalls and officials who kept everyone safe, the spectators who came along to support the event, and everyone who stopped by the Sunshine Catering Food Truck for a meal or a chat—thank you! Your support means so much to our small business.

The variety of cars on track, the fantastic atmosphere, and the friendly community made for a wonderful weekend. We loved being part of it and can’t wait to see everyone again at the next event!

What an incredible weekend at the Abbey Medieval Festival!

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by Medieval Burger Co. & Medieval Coffee Co. It was an unbelievably busy weekend, and we loved serving so many of you. The atmosphere, costumes, entertainment, and community spirit made it a truly memorable event.

We couldn’t have done it without our amazing team. A heartfelt thank you to Crystal Moore, Graham, Craig, Tahlia, Lucy, Neve and Tilly for your hard work, enthusiasm, and dedication throughout the weekend. You kept the burgers sizzling, the coffee flowing, and the smiles coming, even during the busiest rushes. We’re so grateful for everything you did.

Thank you to the organisers, volunteers, fellow stallholders, and everyone who came along to make this year’s festival such a fantastic success. We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
