Tess is a hospitality professional who has been working and managing cafes, restaurants and hotels throughout Newcastle for the past 9 years. Ryan & Britt’s celebration at was one for the books. Guests enjoyed roaming canapés throughout cocktail hour before gathering for a banquet style feast shared with family and friends. To finish the night, late night grilled cheese toasties made their rounds… The perfect late night snack and a guaranteed crowd favourite.
