Until August 2019 Sprout Dining was open as a relaxed dining space offering seasonal, modern fare spiked food with French Italian influences, fine wines by the glass, carefully crafted cocktails and bar food – all secreted away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel below.

We are now purely focusing the space as a function venue. Whether you are looking for a beautiful venue for a wedding or need a room for a conference or family gathering – Sprout Dining is the ideal space right in the heart of Newcastle CBD. With no room hire fee and a 3am license we have all you need to create a memorable event.
