Heather and Yvette let love win and were married in a private ceremony in a pretty bushland setting last July. Then last month, family and friends gathered at Pokolbin and celebrated with high tea and champagne as these gorgeous ladies renewed their very special vows. Another celebration will be held in Queensland for interstate relatives later this year. My gorgeous granddaughter / roadie helped the girls with their setting up. Thank you Heather and Yvette for asking me to be your celebrant. It has been a pleasure getting to know you. Best wishes and happiness always.

Kristie and Lee tied the knot with a Celtic handfasting at the beautiful avenue of trees at Valhalla Restaurant Bar in April. Their children all looking smart, joined in a sand ceremony and celebrated with family and friends. Thanks Kristie and Lee for asking me to be your celebrant.

Thanks Ashley and Josh for asking me to do yet another naming celebration for Emerson and Tyrone. Over the years I have done namings for their other two boys - Loghan and Aiden so it was a privilege to complete the circle. Godparents were appointed and sand blendings symbolised the forever connection between the boys and their Godparents. A picnic with a celebration cake for family and friends created a great memory.

Guests of Tegan and Ross were invited to celebrate their marriage recently. However what didn’t know was that they were there to witness the actual marriage ceremony. We dodged the storms and golfers for a perfect surprise. Their children joined us to sign a special family celebration certificate. Thanks guys for asking me to be part of your wonderful day.

Loads of laughter at the surprise wedding for Shaun and Jayde Benge at Norah Head in February. Whilst they surprised their guests to witness their marriage ceremony, Jayde also had her own surprise when her brother walked down the aisle in his beautiful black wedding dress, veil and of course his best thongs. After a roar of laughter, pretty Jayde walked down the aisle to say I do and start this new adventure with Shaun. Peyton received a beautiful gift from Shaun to remember their special day as well as signing a special celebration certificate. Congratulations to this loving family. I wish you so much happiness. The stars and moon sparked the magic of love for Megan and Robert whilst fishing in Newcastle Harbour. So what better place to say I Do in a very intimate love and legals ceremony last Friday. Great to catch up with one of my previous brides - Alex- who witnessed this marriage. Congrats to you Megan and Robert - stay wonderfully happy and keep smiling.

A little over 4 years since I had the pleasure of being the celebrant for Renee and Shane. An honour to be asked to be with their family again on Saturday to lead a naming ceremony for young Ronnie and Polly. Their Godparents were appointed and sealed their commitment with a sand ceremony and read loving dedications to each child. Magical adventures ahead for both Polly and Ronnie.

My last wedding ceremony for 2022 was another love and legals for R and L on 23rd December. Kau Ma park was chosen with extensive views over the wetlands. After several delays and a long wait, their wedding finally went ahead with smiles and tears of joy. I wish the couple much happiness.
