💡 Did you know? Anti-bullying programs have cost schools over $500 million, yet many are still not seeing the desired results. These programs often emphasise kindness—teaching students that everyone must be nice. But is that really enough?

✨ Bee Ready takes a different approach. We empower students to rise above harsh words, teaching them not to let negativity define who they are. Instead of focusing on what others should or shouldn’t say, we show students how to be strong in the face of mean comments.

So today I entered the world of university……again. I once started University around 13 years ago but decided I couldn’t make it work with my life at the time. Since then, I’ve had jobs that have been niche but create a positive impact on people’s lives. Plus two children.

However, I knew it was time to get back into the academic world. So I have started University again studying Primary Teaching. It’s a long road and at 40, I am pretty nervous about being the old duck in a young worlds game, however I am striving forwards and doing my best.

Also on the side note, I will still be creating positive impact with Premier Team Building and my own business Bee - Ready.

Anyways watch this space as the stories have already started!

Our Anti Bullying programs are all the same. Be nice to one another and you will get stop the bullying. However this isn’t the case. We can’t make people be nice to you! However we can stop how it makes you feel. I challenge you to share this with a teacher and get Bee Ready into a school near you!

Has your school Anti Bullying policies worked, what about the programs they implement? Instead of teaching everyone to be nice, I teach emotional resilience, so they aren’t bothered by mean words or actions.
