I’m a digital girlie myself, and much prefer to have that info all stored in one place.

Printed invites are gorgeous too and definitely set the tone.

Quick PSA because couples confuse this all the time…

A videographer and a content creator are not the same thing.

Videographer = cinematic film, professional cameras, audio, storytelling.

Content creator = iPhone footage, behind the scenes moments, TikToks, Reels, quick edits and raw memories in real time.

Neither is better. They just serve different purposes.

One captures your wedding like a movie.

The other captures what it actually felt like to be there!

SIGNAGE - You do not need to spend a small fortune on ten acrylic signs telling people where the bar is.

Unless beautiful styling details genuinely matter to you and it’s part of your vision, keep it simple.

What guests actually care about:

• knowing where to sit
• finding the drinks
• good food
• a fun vibe
• not waiting 20 minutes for a toilet

Spend where it adds experience.
Not where it just photographs nicely.

If luxe signage is your thing, go for it. If it’s not, permission granted to skip the lot.
