Today some friends and I spent a beautiful autumn day down at the historic for a event, highlighting the local seafood available on the Limestone Coast and up the Coorong. Menu was prepared by Kirby and his team from and was delicious!! Gretel & Andy were fabulous hosts and we retired home well sated and looking forward to the next event!

Today we celebrate 8 years since Gather was born!! What a ride!! Where has that time gone!

Thank you to each and every one who has trusted in me and my team to cater meetings, birthdays, funerals, weddings, births, and everything else along the way!!

Although Gather on Gordon the venue is no longer, Gather the mobile caterer is still going strong, and we are already taking bookings for weddings in 2027 & 2028!!

We look forward to continuing to cater for your special events!

Last weekend we had the pleasure of catering the wedding of Dennis and Rebecca at the Robe Yacht Club.

Such a special venue, overlooking Guichen Bay, and it was perfect for a feast of delights of the sea - crayfish, prawns, fish and calamari (not pictured) - and some local lamb cutlets.

The cake was made by Marj Haynes with the shell on top to match Rebecca's engagement ring.

Wishing Rebecca and Dennis much love, health and happiness. Congratulations again.

The "lovely" south east didn't get the memo for last weekend's wedding at Penola! Romi's grandparents prepared their stunning garden for the occasion however mother nature had other plans 😬

It rained, rained and rained some more! Plans had to be adjusted but these two didnt let it ruin their special day.

They still said "I Do" and enjoyed celebrating with their friends and family 💖

Love being invited in to people's homes for special occasion functions like this 80th birthday for Sylvia at the farm!

My 15yr old son got an offset smoker bbq for his birthday so I decided to smoke some rib eye cube roll and some lamb backstraps! Feedback was great so may try it again, although time-consuming to get the smoker going and maintaining the temperature!!

The cake, along with the menu, was gluten-free. Most things I make can be modified for special dietaries.
