🍷✨ What a beautiful day at Grounded Cru Wine! ✨🍷

Today we had the pleasure of setting up the Chief Catering food truck at cellar door, serving a selection of our handcrafted Italian-inspired flatbreads alongside crispy pumpkin arancini and salt & pepper squid.

Guests spent the afternoon relaxing with a glass of wine in hand, enjoying live acoustic music, soaking up the atmosphere, and sharing great food with family and friends. There’s something special about watching people gather around the food truck and enjoy some seriously good flatbreads fresh from the oven.

A highlight of the day was the Guided Fortified Collection, featuring a trio of desserts created by Laura from Chief Catering and thoughtfully paired with Grounded Cru’s fortified wines. The vanilla panna cotta with blackberry compote, rich chocolate brownie, and chocolate orange tart were the perfect match for an incredible tasting experience.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and to the team at Grounded Cru for having us. Great wine, delicious food, live music and wonderful company made for a fantastic day in McLaren Vale.

Chief Catering is in the house serving an array of Italian Flatbreads, arancini and salt & pepper squid with Sleepy Ghost's acoustic to keep you company all afternoon.
