You know what they say - build it and they will come. So we did!

Foodies from far and wide converged en masse to Roma Street Parkland last weekend for the return of Providore Park, a celebration of Brisbane's best bites, sips and sounds.

Though a little on the breezy side, the weather was perfect for a day of long lunches, live music, and laid back lounges!

Ooh La La! Paris popped up in the centre of South Brisbane last week for the annual ‘Le Festival’ - a celebration of all things French. From Raclette to Roquefort and Champagne to Chablis, Brisbanites descended in droves to enjoy the array of French culinary delights and entertainment on display.

Being the cultured folk we are, the Hire Republic team were thrilled to again be engaged for the construction and delivery of this wonderful event (and we all rolled home full of cheese). Vive Le France indeed! 🇫🇷

Making its debut as part of Truck Week 25, ‘The Depot’ at South Bank TAFE delivered a vibrant careers hub showcasing the varied career opportunities available in the heavy vehicle industry. Hosting thousands of students over three busy days, the Hire Republic team transformed a soggy Merivale Street Lawn into a hive of education, entertainment and engagement.

Well it’s taken us a while to recover (we’re not getting any younger) but the HR Team were thrilled to once again provide infrastructure and fit out for Australia’s most beloved and iconic music festival… Bluesfest Byron Bay! Boasting a sensational line up and a weekend of great weather, Bluesfest 2025 delivered a musical and cultural extravaganza to entertain punters of all ages. Bring on 2026!

If you had a few million dollars that you were looking to offload over the weekend, then the place to be was undoubtedly the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show. The Hire Republic Team were thrilled to construct such a prestigious event - and after missing 2020, it was wonderful to see the crowds return, be it to invest, or to simply dream!

And we're back! The Hire Republic Team were thrilled to be a part of the celebrations commemorating the 75th Anniversary of the end of WWII at Anzac Square last Saturday, installing a 6m x 24m build to keep both Diggers and Dignitaries dry as the weather turned!
