Soupa D**a's last catering gig in Mullumbimby. Spiced Almond Honey Cake with Poached Pears, Honey Vanilla Mascarpone Cream, Amaretti Crumbs and White Choc Truffles. Waiting for a drift of icing sugar prior to presentation. Served with bowls of poached spiced pears and more lush mascarpone cream.
