Last night we had the absolute pleasure of catering a surprise wedding out on a beautiful family farm in Dunedoo.
Three of us powered through feeding 160 guests out of the house kitchen - chaotic, cosy, and honestly iconic. Huge shoutout to the Dunedoo Leos for jumping in with helping hands. Couldn’t have done it without you legends.
These local teens donate their time to work events in the community.
We rolled out a whole lineup of new starters and they absolutely slapped:
1. Watermelon, mint, halloumi and honey skewers - the dream team of flavours
2. Crumbed chicken bites with lime aioli
3. Lamb kofta pita wraps with rocket, tzatziki and pomegranate glaze
4. Sticky Asian pork belly bites
5. Slow cooked brisket sliders with aioli, pickles and slaw
