You’re invited to a beautiful morning of relaxation, connection and wellbeing in the Gold Coast hinterland.

Hosted in collaboration between Evergreen Studio at Nathan Valley Foliage Farm and Jodie Yamada , Sip & Sound begins with a deeply restorative one-hour sound healing session inside Evergreen Studio, a beautifully restored barn, followed by a leisurely brunch and mimosa amongst the gardens at Nathan Valley Foliage Farm.

Designed as an opportunity to slow down, reconnect and enjoy a little time for yourself, this intimate morning retreat is perfect for anyone seeking a moment of calm amongst the busyness of everyday life.

With so much going on in the world right now it’s important to take time to rest, restore and connect with your inner self. You’re invited to join me in the barn for an evening of calm and relaxation as our resident sound alchemists Jodie of .yamada and Michael of guide you through a one hour sound healing. We’ll begin with an intention setting ritual and end with herbal tea to gently ease you back into your evening.
