Had fun in the sun at Zelcru Gardens with some sweet bites of bliss 💚
Here we see my sisters beautiful garden & her roses! 🌹
Oh & the bitesized yumminess includes;
Vegan options such as spuds, vanilla cookie cups with caramel buttercream plus the ever popular coconut ice slice 🩷
Gluten is not on the plate & I'd say the roses are prob GF too but let's focus on the food aha.. caramel macarons, rocky road in two sizes, & vanilla cake balls with a special centre covered in white chocolate 😍 (Yes guys it's a real deal cake ball, baked in that shape & soft like real cake - not to be confused with a cakepop.. cause these babies ain't going on a stick unless it's a super spesh order 😅)
P.S If I'm honest the cakeballs totally dont need to be coated in chocolate I just couldnt help myself 🤣

So grateful for all my amazing tastetesters & their feedback - Yes, one day I shall open a dessert bar but short term we have a small announcement! 💚 Our menu's for customers and wholesale businesses are nearly ready!! 💚
A callout to those who struggle or are intolerant to gluten, dairy or even other things! We need to stand together to save our pockets & tastebuds from nasty big company products. Say yes to support local and don't buy dry, flavourless or even unenjoyable slice, cakes & biscuits!

OR Are you a family member of someone that would benefit from this small business supporting other local business? Wouldn't it be nice to know Blissful Bites has been creating gluten & dairy free versions of a variety of baked goods & desserts that even you could actually order to enjoy with them? This is why I hope to engage local cafes and restaurants incase it's easier to grab from your local coffeeshop.
Trust me, my family + partner were originally not a fan of gluten & dairy free for the first few years until I successfully started kicking goals towards quality outcomes to fully enjoy sweet stuff again! 🤣

School/Work snack pack - a lovely option for two to share, as it includes 2 pieces of each of the following (and this pack is actually all Gluten & Dairy Free): Chocolate Slice, Strawberry Jam & Coconut Slice, Banana Muffin and a Lemon version too!

Sweet snack attack pack- a variety of sweet slices, cake and biscuits. This one is the best suited to share 😍 Includes peanuts in the rockyroad! $20

Happy Sunday! 💚
I had the pleasure of attending the Longriders Event yesty & had a great day! The beautiful bikes & cars were glorious and it was fabulous to see some familiar faces 😍 An amazing day alrhough the wind wasn't my friend 😅
I do have some spare stock I'll post later today if anyone needs a sweet Sunday special stay tuned for an update 😊
