There were several options for set up, such as arbor options, market umbrellas and chairs.

Ian and Kym helped us set everything up exactly like we wanted and the morning if the wedding added the final touches like placing the florals we made the day before, putting up our signage etc.

They made everything so easy and we can’t forget how beautiful the backdrop is.”

Throwing it back to Kaitlin & Ben’s beautiful day here at Mt Beare Station! This couple radiates warmth and kindness, and it truly showed in every moment of their wedding. They kept things relaxed, down-to-earth, and filled the venue with an undeniable sense of joy. Their friends and family were such an incredible crowd—friendly, fun, and supportive in all the best ways.

A huge shoutout to the amazing vendors who helped make their day so special: captured every precious moment; Naomi from created stunning arrangements that fit perfectly with the natural charm of our venue; Justin & Laura served up delicious food & drink that everyone loved; Daniel & Jarrad from kept the energy high on the dance floor; and providing a helicopter entrance that will never be forgotten!

They helped our photographer on the day who was travelling interstate and had not seen the venue, to capture unreal photos. They helped organise and plan the day to run so smoothly.

Nothing went wrong. They were so helpful with ideas for planning when asked. They had everything set up for our venue as per request the day before, and helped with pack up the day after.
